Registration and costing
The Farewell party is scheduled for Friday June 29th, 2012 and the attendance fee when booking it together with the registration for the tournament, is 520 SEK per person. This fee includes dinner with entertainment. Registration for the Farewell Party should take place together with the registration for the tournament, as there are only a limited number of seats available! Unsold tickets, if still available, will only be sold at the Ericsson Globe. Registration for the Farewell party will thereafter be possible until Monday June 25 2012 at 12:00 o’clock in the Ericsson Globe; purchase only being possible against cash payment in SEK. Tickets will be sold at 600 SEK per person.
Passing on of admission tickets to the Farewell Party It is allowed to pass on the ticket to attend the Farewell Party to a third party, should anyone at short notice, not be in a position to attend the Farewell Party.
Cancellation
Written cancellation of the Farewell Party has to be sent by E-Mail to wvc2012.registration@congrex.com
The following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation fees per person
-Until December 31st , 2011 150 SEK
-Until March 31st , 2012 250 SEK
-After March 31st , 2012 no refund possible
