Registration
The Championship is fully entered and there is no longer possible to register for the WAITING LIST.
The registration will be handled from our partner Congrex. With your registration you register as a Player or a Visitor. Togehter with your registration you can add maximum 3 accompanying persons. Each Player register individually with his or her accompanying persons. Registration link below! If you have any questions please contact Congrex: wvc2012.registration@congrex.com
Group registration
A special form for group registration will be available for groups of 20 or more (if less than 20 persons you have to do the registration individually). Contact Congrex at wvc2012.registration@congrex.com for group registration!
What can be registered (booked)?
In the online registration you can register and book the following parts:
- Entry for single or double
- Registration for a Visitor (non player)
- Registration for accompanying persons
- Booking of Tours
- Booking of Public transportation card
- Booking of official hotels
- Booking of Farewell party
