The following cancellation fees for “Players” will apply :
- until December 31, 2011 350 SEK
- until March 31, 2012 700 SEK
- after March 31, 2012 No refunds possible
The following cancellation fees for “Visitor” will apply :
- until December 31, 2011 150 SEK
- until March 31, 2012 250 SEK
- after March 31, 2012 No refunds possible
The following cancellation fees for “Accompanying” will apply :
- until December 31, 2011 150 SEK
- until March 31, 2012 250 SEK

The following cancellation fees for Hotel (accommodation) will apply:
- until December 31, 2011 350 SEK
- until April 30, 2012 750 SEK
- after April 30, 2012 No refunds possible
The following cancellation fees will apply to “Free day Tours”:
- until March 31, 2012 SEK 150 fee
- until May 1, 2012 SEK 300 fee
- after May 1, 2012 No refunds possible
The following cancellation fees will apply to “Pre and post” tours:
- until March 31, 2012 SEK 750 fee
- until May 1, 2012 SEK 1500 fee
- after May 1, 2012 No refunds possible
The following cancellation fees will apply for “Public transportation card”
1. Until 31 Dec 2011, SEK 100
1. Until 31 March 2012, SEK 190
1. After 31 March 2012, No refunds possible
2. Until 31 Dec 2011, SEK 50
2. Until 31 March 2012, SEK 110
2. After 31 March 2012, No refunds possible
The following cancellation fees will apply for “Farewell party”
- Until December 31st , 2011 SEK 150
- Until March 31st , 2012 SEK 250
- After March 31st , 2012 no refunds possible
