The WVC 2012 secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the WVC 2012 secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

Registrations, hotel reservations and events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment.
Admission to WVC 2012 is granted only if Congrex has received the full registration fee. Participants, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to WVC 2012 accreditation. Failure to produce this on request gives the organizers the right to charge the amount to your credit card or cancel the entry to WVC 2012.
As from 3 weeks before the Event we only accept credit card as payment.

Refund in case of cancellation
Payment less deduction of cancellation fee will be reimbursed by the Organizers, within 4 weeks of receiving confirmation of cancellation. Conditional upon this is the availability of full details of banking. Fees incurred for reimbursement will be payable by the person cancelling the entry.
