Transportation
Stockholm is a city with a well built out communication system. When you visit Stockholm you can can go everywhere using public transportation as subway, busses, tram and commuter trains. The hotells offered for WVC 2012 are easy acessible with the public transportation system. People arriving to the main aiport Arlanda can use bus or express train for their transfer to the city center.

WVC 2012 Public transportation card (24th -30th June)
All hotels and activities connected to WVC 2012 will be built on the public transportation net that is used in Stockholm. People that register for WVC 2012 will benefit from the 7 day card valid 24th -30th June at a reduced price. With your personal card you can travel with all commuter train, Subway and busses in the Stockholm area. However the public transportation card can not be used when travelling to Arlanda Airport or Skavsta Airport. The Public transportation card will be connected to your accreditation card and is personal. The order of the Public transportation card should take place together with the registration.

The price for the public transportation card will be:
1. – 7 days (24-30 June, 20-65 years) 280 SEK
2. – 7 days (24-30 June, under 20 & over 65 years) 165 SEK
Cancellation fee public transportation card
1. Until 31 Dec 2011, SEK 100
1. Until 31 March 2012, SEK 190
1. After 31 March 2012, No refunds possible
2. Until 31 Dec 2011, SEK 50
2. Until 31 March 2012, SEK 110
2. After 31 March 2012, No refunds possible
Refund
Payment less deduction of cancellation fee will be reimbursed by the Organizers, within 4 weeks of receiving confirmation of cancellation. Conditional upon this is the availability of full details of banking. Fees incurred for reimbursement will be payable by the person cancelling the the ordered card.
